We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn't quite fit. That is why we make returns easy.

Please call Customer Service at 1-888-534-3331 within 10 days of receipt regarding all returns. A return authorization number (RA) must be assigned in order to return a product. If a product is returned without an RA, a credit will not be issued.

All items must be returned in brand new, saleable condition, with all parts, and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that have been installed are not returnable. The customer must prepay all shipping/freight charges that incur when an item is returned. Ergo123 will pay the return shipping costs if the product arrives damaged, is deemed defective, or was shipped incorrectly. All returns are subject to a 10%-50% restocking fee, depending on product line. Please contact us for more details.
